Recommendations: To maintain normal vitamin D levels, it is recommended that you spend at least 15 minutes a day in the sun and include vitamin D-rich foods such as fatty fish, eggs and dairy products in your diet. In some cases, supplementation may be necessary, especially during the winter months or when there is a lack of sunlight.
