7 FOODS FOR LIBIDO

Girls, let's be honest - we all know how nutrition affects our health, energy and even our mood. But maybe not everyone realized that it can also affect our sex drive. I didn't realize it right away, but it turns out that certain foods can not only improve blood circulation and support hormonal balance, but also increase passion in intimate life. I want to share with you what I've learned about what foods can really help with this.

Foods that increase sexual tone

1. Avocado

I've always loved avocado, and now I've learned that it's also super beneficial for our libido. It's full of healthy fats that support our heart and circulation, which means better blood flow to our organs. Plus, it's got vitamin E, which helps cells renew themselves - which is not only good for our skin, but also for our sexual health.

2. Dark chocolate

Who would have thought that everyone's favorite dark chocolate could help with libido? It contains phenylethylamine, which stimulates the release of endorphins and improves mood. I've noticed that when I eat a couple pieces, my mood really improves, which is important for setting the stage for intimacy. And another plus is that chocolate relaxes muscles thanks to magnesium.

3. Berries

Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries are not only delicious but also good for our attraction. Berries are full of antioxidants that improve blood circulation. Plus, the vitamin C helps us feel more energetic. When I add berries to my diet, I notice that my mood and energy are at an all-time high!

4. Nuts and seeds

Nuts are simply a treasure trove of healthy fats and zinc. For example, almonds and walnuts help maintain normal hormone levels, and pumpkin seeds contain zinc, which directly affects our sex hormones. I now try to always add nuts to salads or snack on them throughout the day.

5. Fatty fish

Salmon and mackerel are simply superfoods for libido. The omega-3 fatty acids found in fatty fish improve blood circulation, which helps increase arousal. Plus, omega-3's also relieve stress, which is also very important for our mood.

6. Oats

I was surprised, but oats contain L-arginine, which improves blood flow to the genitals. I look at my oats differently now because I know it helps support sexual health. Plus, oats help keep blood sugar levels stable, which gives you more energy for the day.

7. Ginger

Ginger is a real warming agent. It improves blood circulation and warms you up from the inside. I like to add it to tea or cook with it - not only is it good for the immune system, but it also helps to create the atmosphere for passionate nights.

Foods that should be avoided

There are also foods that can interfere with us. For example, I have noticed that alcohol, if there is a lot of it, not only makes me less sensitive but also makes me sleepy. Processed foods and sweets can upset the hormonal balance, and fatty and fried foods impair blood circulation, so I try to avoid them.

Interesting fact: aphrodisiacs in different cultures

It turns out that different cultures have their own aphrodisiacs. For example, spices such as saffron and cardamom are popular in India, and chili peppers are popular in Mexico. These foods are considered to be the ones that ignite passion. I thought it was a cool excuse to try something new in the kitchen to add variety to my life.

FOXXY: It turns out that our diet is directly related to our libido. The right foods can help us feel better, more energetic and even passionate. Personally, I've started adding more berries, nuts and oily fish to my diet - and it's helping me feel more confident and comfortable. So if you want to bring passion back into your life, start with what you eat - our bodies will definitely thank us for it!
